AKC Approved - Our "tire" is actually a section of 4" drainage pipe formed into a circle. We place a skeleton inside the tire to maintain its shape. The tire uses a hook plus chain suspended from the center of the top of the tire so you can easily raise and lower the tire.
For USDAA/CPE, setting the side straps slightly loose will allow the tire to reset itself.For AKC, setting the side straps at the mark makes them tighter and prevents the tire from automatically resetting.
